Order:
1. How to order?

Please e-mail us your order details to sales@boiq.com, including model number, quantity, destination port (we need it to calculate the shipping cost), selling countries (different countries have different power plug), consignee's contact information including detail address, telephone and fax number and e-mail address, notify party, etc.
We will reply your order via e-mail ASAP.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?
It is usually 50pcs per model, but not fixed.

3. How could I get a sample?
We will send you the sample you ordered when we receive the payment and the express delivery cost of the sample. The price of a sample is 15% extra on the pricelist. Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the sample you ordered.

5. What forms of payments do you accept?
We usually accept three kinds of payments below:
T/T: Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer), 30% down payment, balance upon the fax of the bill of lading. But 100% paid off for small sample order.
L/C: Letter of Credit.
Bank information is available by request.

Shipment:

6. What kind of shipment will you use?
We usually ship the products by boat via our shipping agent, and documents via EMS AND TNT, light cargo via DHL. They can ship the products to any place of the world. But shipping by air is impossible because the batteries and engines are hazardous.
7. How soon can we get the shipment?
It will takes us 7 to 15 days to arrange new production and less than 7 days to order shipping when we get the confirmation of your order and payment. The shipping time depends on your destination place.

8. Do you dropship?
We have to say sorry to you for such a request because the quantity for dropshipment is usually too small and inconvenient to be arranged.

9. How to arrange shipping insurance?
We can arrange shipping insurance for you.

Cooperation:

10. What are the terms to be your sole distributor in our city, area, state or country?
If you can sell our products worth US$ 10,000 to 50,000 per month, you are welcome to be our sole distributor in your city or area.
If you can sell our products worth US$ 50,000 or above per month, you are welcome to be our sole distributor in your state.
If you want to be a sole agent in your country, let’s negotiate about the details.

11. Would you like to be our OEM or manufacture the products with our own brand in your factory?
Of course! Why not? Welcome to do OEM and please tell us your brand name or send us your logo.

12. Can you be our ODM or manufacture products according to our requests?
Sure. Please tell us your special requests about the products and even send us the brand name or the logo..

Warranty:

13. What kind of warranty do you offer?
All of our items are protected by a 90 day Limited Manufactures Warranty.
This warranty is extended to replacement parts and necessary labor of covered products for defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does NOT extend to the transportation cost to repair or replace either product or parts. The warranty does not extended to those items identified as standard "wear and tear" items (i.e. belts, tires or batteries). The warranty does not extend to consumer abuse, neglect or ignorance. Dealers are advised to inspect all returns for signs of these conditions prior to offering refund or replacement.
We will send 2-5% parts free when buying more than a full container.

14. How to install vehicles?
Most of our vehicles come 96% assembled all you have to do is install front fender, front wheel and handle bars some may require more but should only take under an hour to complete!
